#Book Review #Courts of Law Not Courts of Justice, by Eric Oberer #Non-Fiction - Gov/Politics #Atmosphere press Publisher

My Thoughts and Book Review Courts of Law Not Courts of Justice brings an extremely enthralling introduction and supreme court cases to his readers explaining the US criminal justice system with all of its morality and flaws. This book is an informative read for law students and attorneys in the criminal justice world to understand the present state of the American Justice System.   Eric D Oberer, an experienced former prosecutor in one of the most violent and highest crime cities in America, Baltimore, Maryland explains in his book why justice is insuperably difficult to achieve in courts of law in this country. When people in America expect fairness, recourse, justice, and peace from the American criminal justice system, the system itself is not meant or designed to find justice but frustrates them. Many important protections were included among the first fourteen amendments to the United States Constitution for the reason which lead to the violent overthrow of oppression ...

My Thoughts and Review I enjoyed reading this thriller suspense book with many  twists on every page. Six friends Sergeant Cara, Daithi, and Maura - the local primary school teacher - were best friends when they were eight years  old. Seamus, Ferdia and Sorcha formed the rest of the gang from those glorious summers. Cara and her friends lived on the Irish island when they had all grown up. The weather was horrible, wild, and harsh as the snow thickens. Cicillian, Cara's late husband who was lost in the sea on new year's eve had his tenth anniversary approaching, therefore they decided to meet at Seamus Flaherty's house, another home on the Island. They were all overjoyed at the idea of celebrating their friendship hugging and demanding each other's attention. Maura was not there. Maura was missing. To Cara Folan's disbelief, confusion, and horror the police reports finding Maura's missing body in thrown from a clifftop in the Serpent's Lair. It was Maura C...

MY THOUGHTS AND REVIEW In this historical novel, Jacob Mueller was a first-generation American born in New Berlin to parents full of German Descent. His parents embraced their German heritage even after they moved to America. They found a better life in the United States of America. Jacob's father's family name was - Mattias Wendel Mueller in 1898. Jacob was born to Elisabet and Hyrum when New Berlin changed its name to North Canton after the First World War, during the time when Anti-German Sentiment was high. Later, Jacob changed his name to Jacob Miller when Hitler and the Nazi party began their cruel reign, he wanted to hide his heritage. He wanted no one to know his views about Nazis, Nazi Harboring or assuming he associated with Nazi sympathizers. There was more to living in the united states while Jacob's mother thought that was all it was needed to prove her allegiance. Whereas, Jacob understood that the American government could arrest or deport those not born in t...
